Dr. Arun K. Garg completed his chemical engineering degree at the University of Florida. He then completed his dental degree also at the University of Florida and subsequently completed his residency training at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

He is a full-time Professor of Surgery in the Division of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami School of Medicine, where he also serves as director of the Center for Dental Implants as well as the Director of the Residency Training Program and a visiting professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Florida. Since 1989, Dr. Garg has extensively conducted hands-on surgical training workshops using cadaver specimens, as well as live surgical courses on a variety of bone grafting, implant placement and soft tissue procedures.

He has published over 80 articles, over 12 book chapters, and 3 well recognized textbooks which have been currently translated into 8 different languages. He is editor of Dental Implantology Update and serves on the editorial boards of 4 other leading journals. Dr. Garg is currently president of the ICOI and has served as an officer for many other associations and as the program chairman for numerous conferences and symposia.

Dr. Natalie Wong is one of 12 Canadian dentists that have attained their U.S. Board Certification in Implant Dentistry.

She also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral Implantology at Temple University.
